Local author, Stephanie Hogg, a senior at Whitewater High School and President of the Creative Writing Club, will sign copies of her novel, “Pirate – The Unkindly Gentlemen” by Stephanie Lauren, at Books-A-Million at The Avenue in Peachtree City this Saturday, March 13, from 1-3 p.m. She started her love for writing at a very young age and has just recently published her first book.

“Pirate – The Unkindly Gentlemen” is the tale of a young boy searching for hope in a cruel and unjust world, it’s a story of adventure, love, and hope within the life of the young thief Peter Barons and his comrades, The Black Dragons.

Hogg has been awarded The Editors Choice Award for her remarkable book, the first in its series.  She plans on continuing her writing along with attending college this fall.  She hopes her experience will encourage other young authors to follow their dreams in writing.

“Pirate – The Unkindly Gentlemen” will be available at the book signing and it is also available at www.iuniverse.com
