He was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Earlie Zachary Cook, four brothers, four sisters, and one child. No services are planned.. Survivors include 10 children; two sisters; two brothers-in-law; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. Roscoe Jenkins Funeral Home, Newnan, was in charge.
