0Cynthia Ann Turner, 41, Fayetteville, died Jan. 9, 2010. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Survivors include her husband of 17 years, Stephen “Steve” G. Turner Sr., Fayetteville; a son, Stephen G. Turner Jr., Fayetteville; parents, Joseph and Beverly Franks, Melbourne, Fla.; in-laws, Harold and Jean Turner, Fayetteville; a sister, Becky and Greg Willhite, Fayetteville, Ark.; and brothers-in-law, Michael Turner, Fayetteville, and Gary and Deborah Turner, Dallas, Ga. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
