Last St. Gabriel fish fry is this Friday
Knights of Columbus, James P Lyke Council 11458, St. Gabriel Catholic Church, will hold its final Friday Fish Fry this Friday, March 27. The first plate will be served at 5:30 p.m. Adult meals are $8 per plate; child meals $5 per plate. Both baked and fried options are offered. The church is at 152 Antioch Road, Fayetteville. COS to present handbell concert
The public is invited to a mini-concert of handbell music on Saturday, March 28, at 3:30 p.m. at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peachtree City. The church’s adult ringers will spend the day with Roxanne Golden, area chair for Handbell Musicians of America (South Carolina, Georgia, Florida), and founder/director of Golden Bells of Atlanta, a professional touring choir. She will conduct five anthems, interpreting the music and offering tips on ringing techniques. The  concert features five octaves of handbells and Choir Chimes, along with flutist Rita DeNell and cellist Thomas Evans.

Cokes Chapel plans egg hunt
Cokes Chapel United Methodist Church in Coweta County will host an Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, March 28, at 10 a.m.   All children from toddlers through fifth graders are welcome and will be divided by age groups.  For more information, call the Cokes Chapel Church office at 770-253-6052 or visit www.cokeschapel.org. Woolsey sets Friend Day, Easter drama
Woolsey Baptist Church will have Friend Day in Sunday School Sunday, March 29 at 9:30 a.m. That same evening during the 6 p.m. service, the Adult Choir/Children and Drama Team will present, “This Wondrous Love.” The public is invited to these services and events. The Cokes Chapel Celebration Singers will perform their annual Easter musical at 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 29. The story of Jesus’ passion, death, and resurrection will be told through song and dramatic reading. St. Paul Lutheran plans egg hunt
St. Paul Lutheran Church will host a community egg hunt on Sunday, March 29.  Worship will begin at 10 a.m. followed by a potluck on the grounds and Easter activities, including a bounce house, pretzel decorating, a clown, balloon animals, and face painting. Brooks UMC announces pre-Easter events
Brooks Methodist Women will present “The Seven Stations of the Cross,” a time of prayer and meditation, on Saturday, April 4, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., in the church sanctuary.
