Water Guardians Clean Up – Lake McIntosh

The Water Guardians is a program for local residents in kayaks, canoes, or on foot to assist with cleaning our water reservoirs. Our next scheduled lake clean up will occur on Saturday, April 26th from 8 am to noon at Lake McIntosh in Peachtree City.

Please arrive at the boat dock parking lot off of TDK Blvd. Initial orders have been placed for our new Water Guardian t-shirts! Please rsvp with your shirt sizes and names of participants so we can restock if needed.

Each volunteer will be provided a trash grabber, trash bags and bottled water.

Please remember to bring your life vest if you are getting in the water, sunscreen, and a hat the day of the event. In event of rain, all registered participants will be notified via email with a rescheduled time and date.

Thanks to the generous support of the Fayette County Water System and our sponsors, light refreshments will be provided after the clean-up.
