Join Joanna Hannah with Precious Hospice as she shares practical and inspiring strategies for setting meaningful, achievable goals. You’ll learn how to create well-rounded intentions, from improving your health with mindful eating and movement to strengthening personal connections through family visits or community involvement. Joanna will also highlight the value of setting fun goals, like traveling to new places, trying a new hobby, or learning a new language.
