Executive Chef Luis Alas of So Cu Kitchen brings the vibrant flavors, rich traditions, and warm spirit of Cuban cuisine to life. Explore the people, history, music, and cultural influences that have shaped Cuba and its distinctive culinary heritage. From slow-simmered classics to the bold seasonings, signature spices, and family recipes passed down through generations, discover what gives Cuban food its unmistakable character while learning the time-honored cooking techniques behind these beloved dishes.
