I have recently placed calls to our two Senators and my Fayette county Rep. Lynn Westmoreland to inquire when and where they would be holding townhall meetings this August. Much to my surprise and dismay I was informed that there would be NO meetings. As Americans, we are facing two of the most invasive issues since WWII. We have questions to ask and answers to hear before these three should be allowed to retun to DC and cast a vote for or against these issues. The complete overhaul of our healthcare and the massive energy tax bills are full of new bureacratic departments and agencies that have to raise the cost of healthcare and energy use. We deserve our face to face time with these three and we will only get it with calls, e-mails and letters. So get busy!
