Cell Phones

The State of Georgia should make a law to prohibit Cell Phone use while driving...
Pull over to the side of the road or pull in a shopping center and use them.
It's so dangerous. People concentrate on what they're saying and PAY ABSOLUTELY NO ATTENTION TO THEIR DRIVING....AND GO SO SLOW THEY CAUSE ACCIDENTS.
