"Chateau de Rivire" combines warm shades of plum

and khaki and rich fabrics, invoking an organic journey to the

French countryside. Stately hardwoods and delicate artwork provide

an easy elegance to this pastoral retreat. But the "peis

de resistance" is the media room, which boasts a 60-inch

LCD projection television and comfortable, overstuffed seating

for viewing.

"We are excited for the new homeowners," said Dee

Grannan, general manager of Colonnade Custom Homes. "'Chateau

de Rivire' is spectacular, as are the remaining five homes,

which we hope will sell before the show's conclusion in October."

The public will have the chance to tour "Chateau de Rivire" and

the other spectacular luxury homes in the showcase, which are

still available for purchase. The show runs Wednesdays through

Sundays from Sept. 11-Oct. 17 in the River Oaks neighborhood

in Tyrone.

Situated in the gently rolling hills of Fayette County just

minutes from I-85 (Exit 61 on I-85 South), River Oaks offers

a blend of unique custom homes on two-plus acre home sites. Residents

enjoy top ranked schools, uncompromising architectural integrity,
