Christ Our Shepherd will offer two “Love Feasts in Moravian Tradition” on Dec. 10 at 7 p.m. and Dec. 11 at 11 a.m. Following the practice of New Testament Agape meals, worshipers are served Love Feast buns and either apple juice or Moravian-recipe coffee. Beeswax candles are distributed during “Silent Night.”

The services are full of music. Featured this year are selections by Michael W. Smith from his worship experience, “Agnus Dei.” Contributing to the service will be Sanctuary Choir, GraceFlock Band, Joyful Noise Ringers, da Chiesa Strings, The Shepherd’s Band, and the Christ Our Shepherd Brass, Flute Choir and Clarinet Choirs. Some of these groups will also play during the pre-service Musical Offering, beginning 30 minutes before the announced times above. Sarah DeNell, 10, will be the soloist for the essential “Morning Star, O Cheering Sight.”

Christ Out shepherd is on the corner of Ga. Highway 54 and Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree City.
