A man who flashed a female jogger on a Kedron Village golf cart path Wednesday morning was nabbed by Peachtree City Police within a few minutes and a few blocks of the incident, said Capt. Rosanna Dove, public information officer.

“On June 29th, 2011, at approximately 9:20 a.m., officers … responded to a public indecency call. The victim advised that while jogging on the cart path in the area of Mellington Lane and Santolina Park, the offender unbuckled his belt and exposed his genitals to her,” Dove said.

“The offender was located on the cart path adjacent to Tenterden Curve, and was subsequently arrested and charged with indecent exposure, a misdemeanor under state law.”

Arrested was Donald Charles Speck, 59, of Fayetteville, Ga.

“The Police Department would like to remind all of our citizens to report suspicious and illegal acts they witness as soon as possible,” Dove said. “Officers were able to locate the offender in this incident because the Police Department was notified quickly and was provided with a good description of the subject. To report an emergency, always call 911. To make a report that is considered non-emergency, please call the Fayette County E911 Center at 770-461-4357.”
