Patricia Ann Clayton, 80 of Sharpsburg, Ga. passed away on April 28, 2019.
She was born on June 16, 1938 in Newark, N.J. to Edgar C. O’Brien and Anne E. Brennan. She graduated from St. Pete High School in St. Petersburg, Fla. in 1956.
Pat was an Associate Broker with Century 21 Realty, earning multiple top sales awards including the Phoenix and Centurion awards and was a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club. She became a Master Gardener in 2005 because of her passion for gardening. She served a term as president and headed up the scholarship committee. Pat also loved to travel, and play bridge. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed sharing her talents with family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ken O’Brien. Her sons Richard Clayton and Timothy Clayton. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Charles Edward Clayton; son, William Clayton; granddaughter, Christine; grandson, William; son, Charles Edward, Jr. (Debbie); grandsons, Christopher and Colin; daughter Lisa Clayton DeVane ( Donald); grandson, Donovan. Daughter in law, Donna Clayton; grandson, Sean; daughter in law, Stacy Clayton; grandson, Liam. Sister, Nancy Paul (Dennis); nephew, Chris; niece, Colleen Sheehan; brother, John O’Brien (Shelly); nephews, Michael and Mark.
A Memorial Service will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City, Ga. on Friday, May 10, 2019 at 9 a.m. with Father John Murphy officiating.
