Inman Elementary celebrated its 10th birthday Nov. 4 with a special ceremony and reception. Members of Cub Scout Pack No.118 presented the colors and led the pledge of allegiance and the National Anthem. Dr. Barrow, superintendent of the school system, welcomed the guests.
The Eagle Ensemble performed two selections including “I Believe” and “A Million Dreams.” Former student Elise Battle came home from college to deliver a speech, inspiring parents and students alike. With standing room only, the event was packed with former and current students and staff members who celebrated the special occasion.
