Booth Middle, an engineering/STEM teacher at the school, proudly displays his $1,448 Bright Ideas grant check awarded to him by the Coweta-Fayette EMC to fund a recycling project to turn plastic bottles and containers into rectangular bar stock that can be used to cut and shape new, useful products. Fairbanks is pictured with school principal Steve Greene. Photo/Submitted.
