Dr. and Mrs. Jeffrey C. Kalins of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Nicole Kalins, to Joshua Kyle DeMuth, son of Mr. and Mrs. John DeMuth of Peachtree City.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bertram Gumble of Pennsylvania and of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Kalins of Florida. She is a 2006 graduate of Starr’s Mill High School and a 2010 graduate of the State University of West Georgia where she received her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Geraldine Glatstein of Peachtree City, the late Mr. Glatstein and of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wendell DeMuth. He is a 2001 graduate of Sandy Creek High School and a 2007 graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University where he received a degree in computer science. He is currently employed at Coca-Cola Refreshments as a computer programmer.
The wedding will take place on May 29, 2011 at Congregation B’nai Israel in Fayetteville. Following the honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple will reside in Canton.
