Ronald “Ronny” Lee Earwood, 67, of Fayetteville, passed away August 23, 2018. He was born in Bassett, Ark. on April 3, 1951 to the late Jake Scroggins and the late Alice Earwood.
Ronny is survived by his daughters, Shannon (Mark) DeFilippis, Morgane Earwood, and Niki (Nathan) Winston; grandchildren, Ruby Lea DeFilippis and baby boy, Winston; aunt/sister, Nancy (Bob) Usry; Aunt Dorothy Vaught and her children, Sharon, Joe, Rickey, Denise, and Marsha; Aunt Pat Earwood and her daughter, Tracy; cousins, Jeff (Lori) Eldridge and their children, Corey, Jacqueline, Dillen, Nathan, Christopher, and Hailey (Biles); Chuck (April) Eldridge and their children, Brandon, Kaleb, JoAnna, and Braydon; Russell (Connie) Earwood, and their children, John and Halley; Cindy (Tim) Ellison, Libby (Ray) Ellison and Tony Staples, Michael (Cindy) Whitlock; and a host of other relatives.
A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Burial followed the service at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens, 699 American Legion Road, Conyers, Ga. The family received friends on Saturday, August 25, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
