Junior tennis camp runs all summer

Peachtree City Tennis Center is hosting Junior Tennis Camp throughout the summer for players 6-12 years of age.

Each camp is a half-day session, either 9 a.m-1 p.m. or 1-5 p.m. Both options are offered June 26-30 as well as the final week of camp (July 31-Aug. 4). Camp will not take place the week of July 4. All other weeks offer only morning camp.

Players are grouped by age and ability. There will be fun activities for everyone, from tennis stroke development and rally skill games to point play and conditioning exercises.

Each day will include a breakout session with instruction-based basketball and soccer options.

Cost is $170 for the half-day camp. Extended care is available 8-9 a.m. and 5-6 p.m. for an additional cost. There is a 10-percent family discount for each sibling when attending the same week. Registering for multiple camps at the same time also brings a 10-percent discount.
