0The Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce will host a candidates forum on Monday, Oct. 18 to give Coweta County citizens the chance to hear ideas from and pose questions to those running for local and national office.
The forum will be held at the Chamber’s offices in Newnan at 6 p.m. and will feature U.S. Representative District Three challenger Democrat Frank Saunders and incumbent Republican Lynn Westmoreland.
Also for the local Coweta County School Board elections the event will feature District One At Large Incumbent Michael Sumner and challenger April Parker as well as District One contenders Amy Dees, Andrew Krause, and Jimmy Harrison.
The first forum will be Coweta County School Board District 1, the second will be Coweta County School Board District 1 At Large, and the third forum will be U.S. Representative District Three.
