Peachtree City resident Taylor Rowell recently appeared on the cover of the Panther’s Allure magazine at Georgia State University where he is a junior pursuing a degree in marketing.
Rowell is a former student at Starr’s Mill High School where he was a member of the drama program and an honor graduate. While attending SMHS, he appeared in numerous productions including “Zombie Prom,” ‘Urine Town,” “Shrek the Musical” and “Proposals.” He worked as a background extra and stand-in-double on “Drop Dead Diva,” filmed in Peachtree City, as well as numerous television shows following graduation. He also appeared as an extra on “Divergent” and “Insurgent” and has casting experience for USA and NBC.
Rowell came across the Panther’s Allure student organization his freshman year at GSU and fell in love with the organization’s core values. Panthers Allure is a community service based modeling organization dedicated to the development of aspiring models, creative artists, and marketing professionals.
“It was only until college that I considered pursuing modeling” he said. “I had worked in theatre and professionally in television before and my mother pursued modeling when she was my age, but I never considered it for myself until joining PA.”
Rowell is currently a signed model and balances social life, school and career while crediting his support system of family, friends and booking team. He is very excited to have been chosen as the cover model for the first edition of the Panther’s Allure Modeling, Fashion and Photography magazine.
