Continuing an annual tradition, Fayette County Post 105 observed the founding of The American Legion in March 1919 with the cutting of an anniversary cake by their newest legionnaire who had signed up that evening, Dave Davis, left, and Denny Leander, right, a legionnaire for 46 years.

Post 105 meets the second Monday of each month at the historic Log Cabin in Fayetteville. For more information, visit www.americanlegionpost105ga.org.
