Breastfeeding Basics provides information to expectant couples on the benefits of breastfeeding for mother and baby, correct positioning and latch, milk volume expectations and breast pumps. The class will also cover what to expect during the early breastfeeding days as well as later returning to work.
The next class is Saturday, Oct. 10, 10 a.m.-noon. The fee for the class is $10. The class is led by Jan Mannion in the Dietary Conference Center at Piedmont Fayette Hospital, located beside Chick-fil-A.
