COS plans two events in Tyrone

Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church will host two events on Wednesday, July 22, at the church’s new campus at 411 Palmetto Road in Tyrone.

The first group will gather at 8:30 a.m. to be given slips of paper with prayer opportunities noted.  Each will be encouraged to walk around the lake, praying silently or however is comfortable. The event will wrap up with refreshments in the pavilion.

At 9:30, participants will gather at the same pavilion for 30 minutes of singing, fellowship, and prayer. While most of the songs will be fun camp-style songs, a classic faith song or two might be included.

After a short devotional, refreshments will be served. Come for one or both events.
