The Peachtree City Recreation Department, the Peachtree City Bass Anglers, and Southern Conservation Trust will again host the Fayette County Youth Fishing Rodeo Saturday, Aug. 1, 10 a.m.–1 p.m. at Luther Glass Park (off Peachtree Parkway across from Braelinn Shopping Center).
The event is open to children ages 6-12.
Admission is free, but pre- registration is required (and please advise if children have their own fishing poles).
Prizes will be awarded to winners in different categories.
Parents can register their children at Kedron Fieldhouse or www.peachtree-city.org/recreation (search “fishing” in online registration).
