Coweta schools cited for excellence

The company eBOARDsolutions, which provides online tools utilized by organizations across the country, named Coweta County Schools among those it recognized at its recent 2015 Awards of Excellence.

The awards were presented June 12 at the Georgia School Boards Association’s 2015 Summer Conference & Delegate Assembly in Savannah.

The eBOARDsolutions Awards of Excellence program was created to showcase best practices in organizational leadership in the areas of strategic plan management, evaluation, meetings administration, and internal and external communications.

Coweta placed third in “Best Use of the Planning Module” and also received the Planning Module Newcomer Award.

Awards were also given for best use of the Meetings Module and Evaluations Module along with the Innovator Award.

The top award for best overall use of eBoardsolutions was presented to Oconee County Schools.
