A Missions Conference will be held at Woolsey Baptist Church Friday, June 5 through Sunday, June 7.
Friday night, the conference starts with an international meal from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. After the meal, the children will have activities, while youth and adults will meet with the missionary guests who are taking part in a question and answer panel.
On Saturday, the adult Sunday School will have class fellowships with a missionary present that will share his/her story, vision and answer questions.
On Sunday morning, a different missionary will speak to another Sunday School class at 9:30 a.m.
A missionary from East Africa will preach at the 10:45 a.m. worship service.
Also, a missionary with the North American Mission Board will preach at the 6 p.m. service, which is a commitment service.
The theme verse for the conference comes from Psalm 148: 11-13.
