The Fayette Chamber of Commerce recently announced its 2015 Board of Directors.

Greg Detwiler of Georgia Power Company serves as this year’s board chairman. The executive committee includes Chair-elect Debbie Britt, Piedmont Fayette Hospital; Treasurer Kimberly Schnoes, Peachtree Planning Corporation; Past Chair Michael Burnett, Piedmont Fayette Hospital; Vice Chair Trey Ragsdale, Kaiser Permanente; and Vice Chair Lee Whetstone, Futurestaff Staffing Services.

The remaining board members are Michael Cheyne, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport; Stephen Childs, Panasonic Automotive Systems Company of America; Sherri Davis, Georgia Academy of Dance and the Performing Arts; Sheila Dusseau, NCR Corporation; Malcolm Hughes, Fayette County Branch, NAACP; Dr. Tim Hynes, Clayton State University; Rich Johnson, AT&T; Sal Longo, ClubCorp Golf Clubs; Al Mead, New Hope Baptist Church; Dawn Oparah, AV PRIDE; Melissa Orme, Orme Law Firm, PC; Rob Parker, Camp Southern Ground; Brent Ragsdale, Chick-fil-A ; Joseph Rheaves, SouthCrest Bank; and Sheryl Watford, YEP-Your Events and Promotions, LLC.

Ex-officio members include Dr. Joseph Barrow, Fayette County Board of Education; Kyle Hood, Town of Tyrone; and Emily Poole, Fayette County Development Authority.
