Get ready for ‘chair-ity’ event Dec.4

Some wonderful volunteers, community leaders and the local art community are coming together to host the 8th annual Chair-ity event Dec.4 at the Dolce in Peachtree City benefiting the abandoned, abused, and otherwise homeless children who live in the cottages at The Children’s Village at Christian City. Our kids are so blessed to have this support.

Tickets are $25 and include heavy hors d’oeuvres, live jazz performed by the Peachtree Pops Ensemble, and a silent auction where you can shop for that special someone on your holiday list. The event runs from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The impressive auction will include getaway trips, collectors items, signed guitars, sports memorabilia, themed baskets and many other items donated by the business community. Artists and the kids living in the cottages at The Children’s Village are hand crafting unique, one of a kind painted chairs which will be the highlight of the auction.
