Mr. Harlan “Hop” Glynn Mosel, Jr., age 36 of McDonough, Ga. passed away September 9, 2014.
Hop was born at Fort Benning, Ga., was a member of Pinecrest Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching NASCAR and Georgia football and coaching softball with Poppy.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald McFall.
Survivors include his wife, Yvonne Mosel; daughter, Taylor Mosel; parents, Major (Ret.) Hop and Sandy Mosel, siblings, Tommy (Kara) Mosel, Diane Williams, Randy (Cathy) McFall and their children, Skylar, Anslie, Ashley, John and Kylie; grandparents, Army (Ret.) Wes (Sylvia) Mosel and Gene Mosel; aunts and uncles, Todd Mosel, Patricia Mosel, Joe (Diana) Yates; father and mother in law, Allen (Pat) Taylor; brother and sisters in law, Ken (Michelle) Taylor and Selina Taylor and their children, Josh, Jessie, Alysia, Kensley, Brittany and Amber; cousins, Brandon, Brittany, Amanda, Mike, Erin, Matt, Ricky, Jennifer and Troy.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Pastor John Anderson, Pastor Tommy Stone and Pastor Ricky Mosel will officiate. Friends may visit the family Friday from 6 – 8 pm at the funeral home.
Contributions are asked to be made to a Trust Fund for Taylor at any SunTrust Bank in memory of “Little” Hop.
