Joy Faye Schultz, 81, of Fayetteville, passed away May 6, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her son James “Jimmy” Walter Schultz and son-in-law Phil Rhoads. She is survived by her husband Larry Schultz of Fayetteville; daughter Peggy Rhoads of Fayetteville; son L.E. “Buddy” Schultz, Jr. of Fayetteville; 4 grandchildren; and sister Lola (Bob) Hecterbran of Dallas, Texas.

The family received friends Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 6 p.m. at Harps Crossing Baptist Church, Fayetteville. A private burial took place Friday.
