0Ray and Lynda Goodfellow of Peachtree City, Ga. are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their son, Forrest Goodfellow, to Stephanie Knowles, the daughter of Jeff and Rebecca Knowles of Griffin, Ga.
The groom-to-be is the grandson of Louise Thomas of Jonesboro, Ga. and the late Lynward Thomas, and Dorothy Dean Coursey of Fayetteville, Ga. and the late Neil Goodfellow.
Forrest is a 2009 graduate of McIntosh High School and a 2013 graduate of The University of Georgia, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. He is currently a PhD student in Toxicology at the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Garred and Shirley Wellman of Forest Park, Ga. and Gene Knowles and the late Virginia Owens Knowles of Hampton, Ga.
Stephanie is a 2009 graduate of Dutchtown High School and a 2013 graduate of The University of Georgia, from which she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management and minored in Agribusiness. She is currently the Director of Human Resources for Chick-fil-A in Athens, Ga.
Forrest and Stephanie will be married in an outdoor wedding in May in Fayetteville, Ga. After a honeymoon to Florida the couple will reside in Athens, Ga.
