Fayetteville, Georgia (July 31, 2025) City of Fayetteville contractors will commence a 1.9-mile repaving project beginning Monday, August 4, in the Brandywine Boulevard area on the west side of the city. The project, weather permitting, is expected to take about two weeks to complete.

Streets included in this round of paving include Brandywine Boulevard, Monmouth Drive, Lagrange Court, and Cornwallis Way. Contractors will wait until after the morning school bus routes are complete before paving. During paving activities, contractors will keep one lane open for vehicles. Traffic control devices will be in place.

Please use caution in the area for the safety of the contractors.

Updates will be posted on City of Fayetteville social media channels and www.fayetteville-ga.gov.
