0Dolores Cason Grimes, 83, of Sharpsburg, passed away February 26, 2014.
She graduated from Winthrop College in Rock Hill, S.C. and was a retired math teacher from Haralson County School System. She was a member of Peachtree City First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons Kevin and his wife, Jill Grimes of Sharpsburg and Brian Grimes of Douglasville; grandchildren Tiffany and Ashley Grimes of Sharpsburg; sister Charlene and her husband Donald Smith of Tallapoosa; brother Lindy and his wife Betty Cason of Dallas, Ga. and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held Monday, March 3, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Peachtree City First Baptist Church with visitation prior to the service at the church from 12 noon until 2 p.m. A graveside service was held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Hollywood Cemetery in Tallapoosa, Ga.
