0Mr. James (Ed) Meals of Tyrone passed away September 22, 2013.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Meals of Tyrone; daughters, Gale Lucas of Tyrone; Susan Meals of Acworth; sisters, Mary Anne Boyles of Collierville, Tenn.; Virginia Anne James and her husband Paul of Fairfax, Va. and granddaughter, Madison Lucas of Tyrone.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 26, 2013 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home. Interment will follow at First Baptist Church of Epworth Cemetery at 3 p.m. Those wishing may sign the online guestbook at www.parrottfuneralhome.com.
In lieu of flowers those desiring may make donations to The Alzheimer’s Association, 1925 Century Blvd., NE, Ste. 10, Atlanta, Ga. 30345-3315.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Parrott Funeral Home and Crematory, 770-964-4800.
