Dorothy Mae Brown, age 82

Mrs. Dorothy Mae Brown, age 82, of Palmetto, Ga. passed away Saturday, October 21, 2017.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas “Kemp” Brown and son, Larry Brown.

She is survived by her son, Thomas “Tommy” Brown and his wife, Connie; sisters, Joanne Nation, Margaret Bailey; brothers, Charles Brown, Walter Brown; grandchildren, Jamie Brown, Joshuah Brown, Brandi Smith, Jessica Smith, Jennifer Crossway, Derreck Brown; great-grandchildren, Charlie Smith, Olivia Brown, Michael Joiner, Kyle Crossway, Kayden Crossway, Scottie Wainewright, Brianna Smith, William Bostic and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with rev. John Riley officiating. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Cemetery.
