Doyle Paschal Harmon, 82, of Fayetteville passed away at his home on Saturday, December 28, 2019. He was born on November 11, 1937 in Harriman, Tennessee to the late Fate and Nannie May Harmon. Doyle proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1960-1964. He married Margaret Hoyle Harmon in 1964. Doyle was of the Baptist faith and loved the beach, fishing, and enjoyed working with people as well as an avid fan of Tennessee Volunteers football.
Doyle is survived by his wife of 55 years, Margaret Harmon; daughter, Deborah O’Neill and Bill Odom; her son, Mark and Teri Harmon; five grandchildren, Matthew Dyer, Brandon Dyer, Cordelia, Olivia, and Dylan Harmon; and five great-grandchildren, Camden Maddox, Emery, Emma, and Jaxson.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 3, 2020 at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville with Dr. Glenn Stringham officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. The family lovingly request no flowers.
