A project that will lead to the construction of a Navy Federal Credit Union office at the Satterfield Marketplace on Ga. Highway 85 North in Fayetteville was approved April 28 by the Fayetteville Planning and Zoning Commission.
The 3,433 sq. ft. building with a 2-lane drive-thru will be situated on 1.57 acres in the new Satterfield Marketplace retail development on Hwy. 85 North across from Aldi.
The proposal was approved by a unanimous vote from commissioners following a recommendation from city planning staff.
The exterior of the 1-story building will include brick veneer and smooth-faced concrete block.
