Sany America operates out of its 400,000 square-foot headquarters, assembly and component supply plant in Peachtree City’s industrial park. The local plant assembles 20- to 30-ton earth excavators for the North American market from “kits” manufactured in mainland China in the world’s largest excavator factory, a 5.9 million square-foot behemoth near Shanghai.
