Fayetteville First United Methodist Church continues to offer Body Recall classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the fellowship hall at 10:30 a.m.
Body Recall is an exercise and education program for people of all ages and levels of fitness.
Some of the benefits include improved flexibility, better balance, increased strength, improved circulation and more energy and confidence.
Classes meet in 10-week sessions. The next session begins July 9.
A new intergenerational class will begin on August 2. Classes will meet on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 4 p.m. This class is open to anyone age 6 and beyond. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
The class is intended to get the whole family moving together. For additional information or to register for either class, call the church office at 770-461-4313. Classes are taught by certified instructors.
