0The Rt. Rev. Keith B. Whitmore, assistant bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta, will celebrate the Eucharist and preach at the 10 a.m. service Sunday, March 4, at the Church of the Nativity in Fayetteville.
After the service, all are invited to an “international luncheon” in the parish hall. Members have been asked to bring items unique to their native countries or regions of the U.S. The church is located at 130 Antioch Road, just off Georgia Route 92, south of downtown Fayetteville.
Before coming to Atlanta in 2008, Whitmore for nine years was bishop of the Diocese of Eau Claire in Wisconsin. He is also a retired Army chaplain.
