A north Fayette County man is in custody on multiple charges of child molestation. The charges involve a female juvenile victim known to him.
John C. Black, Sr., 35, was charged with child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes and two counts of aggravated child molestation, according to Fayette County Jail records.
Sheriff Barry Babb said investigators on June 15 were contacted on behalf of a female juvenile.
Babb noted that the victim lived in the general area and was known to Black.
Black’s actions that led to the charges possibly occurred over a period of time, Babb said.
