There are countless creatures in the animal kingdom, and Fayette County elementary students got a hands-on lesson in animal classification.

Fayette County Public Schools Instructional Coach for Science Sarah Lasiter visited with 5th graders, teaching them how to use dichotomous keys to identify and classify animals. The intriguing lesson helped them put their scientific thinking and observation skills to work.
