Anita Nikitenko, a 5th grader at Crabapple Lane Elementary, is the county winner in the National School Bus Safety Poster Contest.
This year’s theme is “Safe Rides, Everyday Heroes.” Nikitenko’s artwork will move onto the state-level competition in Division 2 for grades 3-5. The winner of the Georgia competition will progress to the national level.
