On Sunday, May 18, 2025, Knights of Columbus Council 8081 from Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City recognized seven parish students with scholarship awards under the Donald B. Martin Memorial Scholarship program.
The council awarded scholarships to the following:
Miss Sophie Castellon, a varsity tennis captain at McIntosh HS who graduates with a 4.23 GPA, and will attend UGA;
Mister Matthew Carr, who graduates forth in his class at East Coweta HS with a 106.1 academic average, and will attend UGA;
Miss Samantha Habach, who graduates from Kolbe Academy with a 4.1 GPA, and will attend Thomas Aquinas College;
Aspiring artist Miss Nicole Jacobson, who will attend SCAD;
Mr. Azariah Baerham, who is currently attending Clayton State;
Mr. Philip Schultheis, who is currently studying physical therapy at Augusta University; and Mister Michael Sealy, who will attend St. Mary’s HS.
