It was discovered that the driver had an outstanding warrant from the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office for a felony charge of fraud and identity theft. Dinah Dudley, 49, of Union City was arrested and taken to Fayette County Jail.

Elsewhere in Peachtree City, a report was received April 5 in regard to a shoplifting at Kroger on Crosstown Drive. A male suspect was reported to have loaded a shopping cart with items and pushed it past all points of sale, loaded everything into a vehicle and left the area.

The suspect was later identified by the registered owner of the vehicle that was used, and warrants were sought for Tremaine Leopold, 29, on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

A suspect in an April 2 incident in which he gave a false name and date of birth to authorities was located again in the wee hours of April 8 in the area of Crosstown Drive. This time he was also found to be in possession of felony narcotics.
