On Thursday, July 7th, officials broke ground for the Peachtree City Town Pantry that will be located on the corner of Ga. Highway 74 South and Rockaway Road in Peachtree City.
This project will be a 9,976 sq. ft. wood-framed multi-tenant building to include a convenience store, Shell fuel station, Dunkin’ Donuts, and up to three other tenant spaces, according to property owners, J.D. Dayani and Nadir Tejani.
Southtree Commercial Construction is the general contractor and Jefferson Browne Architecture, Inc. is the architect for this project.
Petrol snobs…lol
Agree, the area could use a gas station, IMHO.
Shell…no thanks
She’ll, who wants a shell, that brand stinks! Why can’t we get a Starbucks!
Man I am disappointed! Someone told me it was going to be a quick trip gas station and I was super excited. Ugh. Maybe Shell will step up their game. How sad is it that I get excited about a QT? LOL.
