The last suspected member of a three-man crew of armed robbers that hit the Verizon store at Kedron Village in north Peachtree City on Feb. 27 is in custody.
Jujuan Reaves, 28, of Atlanta, was previously arrested and charged with armed robbery, according to Fayette County Jail records.
Montarious L. Daniels, 22, of Atlanta, was arrested for armed robbery on June 13, according to jail records.
Marquis Dantzler, 30 of Lithonia, was arrested for armed robbery on June 22, jail records said.
The armed robbery occurred on Feb. 27 at the Verizon store at the Kedron Village retail area.
Peachtree City Police Department spokesman Brad Williams said two black males entered the store at approximately 4:30 p.m., with at least one of them carrying a handgun.
The two were dropped off in front of the building by the third man, who acted as a get-away driver, who then drove to the rear of the building to await the exit of the two armed robbers through the store’s back door, Williams noted.
Williams said one of the robbers displayed a handgun, took an employee to the back room and made him open the safe, after which the employee was made to lie on the floor.
The suspects then stole an unknown number of cell phones along with an undisclosed amount of cash, said Williams.
There were no injuries reported as a result of the robbery.
Williams said the three-man crew appears to be linked to a dozen similar robberies in the metro Atlanta area.
I can’t believe that this is happening – I mean we don’t have any public transit here!

I’ve noticed for awhile that the perpetrators of child pornography and molestation in the citizen are white males, correct me if I’m wrong with a name and date. Robbing someone of their material goods or robbing a child of his or her innocence, death penalty or surgical castration.
GAPeach you may be right thinking Whites are the most arrested….but I bet it is a most active and hushed up activity in the other demographics.
Either way …punishment should be harsh.
For the record and statistically speaking on the numbers of child abuse cases in this country, they are almost near even between whites and people of color. However, make no mistake when the subject matter is child pornography offenders; and that is – whites are in the vast majority (81%), with Blacks at 4%. And of all these offenders, 73% had no or very little criminal history, … but they do now.
Aw Mrs. Haddocks I think you lack context… what if they had robbed your business or maybe came into your home late one night?
Then I expect you would want a little corporal punishment…maybe have an inflammatory comment to share.
It was a very personal experience for the Verizon employee….do you think about that person?

Your punishments for the offenders do not fit the crime and instead of being coy and beating around the bush, why don’t you just come on out and say what you really mean? I’d like you to show me where I’ve “mollycoddled” any of the criminals that are mentioned in The Citizen. Can you? Just because I don’t like your tactics doesn’t mean I’m giving the criminals a pass. Who likes criminal activity besides criminals? I think you like it because it give you the chance to show everyone your ignorance.
