The Chiefs are on a path to building a better school community. With the help of local business leaders, McIntosh’s PBIS team, P.A.T.H., is putting a focus on positivity.

P.A.T.H. is a school-wide initiative to promote positive behavior and a positive culture in the school. Standing for Prepared, Accountable, Thoughtful, Helpful, P.A.T.H. is partnering with the Midtown Chick-fil-A leadership for quarterly lunches to reinforce positive behavior traits and how they relate to the workforce.

At a recent meeting, local Chick-fil-A owner/operator Mike Holmes and location manager Chandler Reeves spoke to the students about how being Prepared, Accountable, Thoughtful, and Helpful translates to the business world and how that makes a person successful. Reeves will be coming quarterly to speak to the students.

Club sponsor Allen Beall is excited to see the students team with business leaders to improve their community.

“Those P.A.T.H. traits we feel not only help to create a great school atmosphere but are also traits that are transferable in the workforce and in life.”
