Cleveland Elementary had a farm day, and on that farm day they had a whole lot of fun. To highlight their lessons on living creatures, Cleveland Elementary students saw their school transformed into a farm filled with educational activities.

Crocodiles in Pre-K and kindergarten participated in farm day, learning about living creatures by observing, exploring, and describing a variety of animals and plants. They also learned to describe the basic needs and life cycles of living things, as well as how to discriminate between living and non-living things.

There was a full slate of farm-themed activities around the outside of the building, including petting zoos with alpacas, goats, and rabbits, sack races, cow milking and sheep sheering simulations, corn shucking, and a pumpkin patch.
