A Fayette County man is in custody on a child molestation charge relating to an incident involving a family member in 2020.
Ricardo J. Cortez-Perez, 43, was charged with child molestation on Oct. 22, according to Fayette County Jail records.
Sheriff Barry Babb said the incident involving a family member in Fayette County occurred last year.
Cortez-Perez had been out of the country and was arrested upon returning, Babb added.
No other information pertaining to the case is available at this time.
